convenient central stay!
convenient location comfortable bed rented parking
I found the location convenient. the bed and pillows were comfortable. i used the rented parking right below the hotel. This was very useful. lift access was fast, so waiting time was minimal.
the air conditioning in my room was not fully effective, this was not ideal on warmer days.

slow check-in poor soundproofing
The check-in process was quite slow. i waited nearly 40 minutes! the staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was little communication about the delay. also, the soundproofing was not sufficient. I could hear street noise throughout the night.

The hotel is very close to central station. It's less than a 5-minute walk. multiple restaurants surround the hotel, including japanese and korean options. the breakfast buffet had great options.

convenient location comfy bed effective soundproofing
location is great. it is easy to walk to the central train station. there is several stores are nearby. the room had nice decor and bed was comfy. soundproofing was also effective.
staff at rooftop bar did not make me feel welcome.

The location provided immediate access to transportation and key attractions. Breakfast included a wide variety of tasty choices. i found my room was equipped with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. Staff are so attentive. Any requests were handled promptly, it was kind.
